SwiftKit News
Over the last few updates we've been trialing a GE prices option in the Item Lookups. So far so good, so we've decided to take it one step further. This update brings a new button that allows you to view the price history graphs that are normally found on the official Grand Exchange. You are given the options of 30, 90 and 180 day graphs.
The feature seems to work really well with the exception of how slow the RuneScape website is. Hopefully Jagex release a "lite feed" of the GE like they did of the Hiscores. Until then there isn't much we can do about the speed.
Changes and Fixes:
+ New GE price graph button in the Item Database lookup.
+ Fixed a bug that caused SK to crash after 60 seconds from opening.
+ Fixed a bug in Advent Log Center that caused SK to crash.
+ Fixed bug allowing you to change screenshots while uploading in Viewer.

wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooooo!
have you tried indexing the entire GE site so that you can get fast lookups each day much like the scripts do in the IRC channels?
Haven't seen nor heard from you in ages Strider. Then again I stopped posting on Zybez and quit inboxing your bugs on SS, Ever since SK dropped the bugs seems to be near none.
Take care and keep up the great updates! Though RS Gamebar gives us a run for the money, we can still rely on SK to always lead the cutting edge of clients. Setting the standard for Jagex to play "catch up" on later.
hello, this is awesome. Love it. :D:D:D
Actually doesnt take long to load for me, unless you consider ~3-4 seconds long.
awsomeness but it takes FOREVER i also agree the ge lite page
Ya the main problem is the "NA" with 1/2 the prices... but all in all swiftkit ftw~!
Good work guys! great update :)
Some items work perfectly, most others dont. Market price is N/A...
But when you've fixed that, it's good update!
A very helpfull update .... and i love the comment when it dont load i had to lol at it.
We were always hesitant to use the GE because it is terribly slow since Jagex hasn't made a Lite version. We have been using only Zybez until now which was super fast but the pricing wasn't to everyones liking.
Great update, seems very useful although maybe a tad bit overdue?
"Failed to grab the data from the ge"
hey, i agree a lite feed for the GE parsing would be a huge bonus to all... all of the automated scripts spidering the GE site is making it terribly slow for everyone.
Have had a GE lookup in my client written in perl (for linux), but it is verrrrrryyy slow for the same reason as you.
Hope they are reading here, they really need a lite page :x
Hmm... The market price is showing N/A again and I don't see the button you refer to. Where is this?
Thanks for the update. its a great addition.
Thanks for the updates, lets hope JaGex does include a lite feed of the GE :)
